     Emmanuel Kimiji was the 13th Master Sommelier to receive his certificate in the United States. Born in Spain, he became intrigued with wine at an early age. Upon receiving his degree, he worked at the Westin in California South Coast Plaza before the Ritz-Carlton San Francisco sought him out to develop their wine program.
